“Landare-Filma.Película Planta” (eng.: “Plant-Movie”) is an audio-visual research project developed together with Camila Téllez in the region of Irun, Gipuzkoa, Basque Country, based on the exploration of organic methods of developing images on Super8 film. The project evolves around the collection of seaweed and endemic plants that grow on the seashore in and around Irún to explore ecological chemical methods of film processing. 

The images captured and developed through the plants/seaweed not only show a reflection of the environment, but also leave a trace of nature drawing itself in its current state and with its own materiality.
